Exercise:  A couple of hours at a park/zoo.  Walked around in mega-heat.  Rode a few rides, so it wasn’t constant walking, but exhausted all the same.

Breakfast sandwich – english muffin, mayo, american cheese, egg, 2 slices canadian bacon
Coffee w/cream & Splenda
I wasn’t really hungry, but ate anyway, to eat with my boys.

Tomato sandwich on white w/mayo & salt; several bites of corn, tomato, avocado salsa; 3 oreos
I *think* this is all I had. Remembering back is getting harder and harder… ;)

Large lemonade, ice cream cookie sandwich, some cheese fries.
I was getting hungry – was woozy from the heat and the super-extendo-carousel – not sure if it was hunger, but the cold drink and ice cream helped…

When I finished eating, I had it set fully in my mind that I hadn’t eaten a whole lot and that I would certainly be coming back down to the kitchen to eat later. Then I had to go and read Christina’s blog and trigger this whole mental revolution…
